Wow! These are so lean and juicy! We’ve never had a better steak! Our Hereford steers never receive antibiotics or hormones, so they are a healthy piece of meat. We broiled these in our oven, and they turned out mouth-watering good. These are packaged in .25-.5 lb packages.
