The pumpkin for these wonderfully-moist bars is raised on our farm solely for our bakery. Fresh pumpkin really makes a difference in these bars. The icing on top is a whipped cream cheese frosting, which really enhances the pumpkin flavor. We have two sizes: a 4-bar package (for a small get-together) or a 17″ x 12″ baking sheet (for a large family gathering or potluck). They are truly a fan favorite!
