What better way to make ham and bean soup than to start with a farm-raised ham hock. Ham hocks really add a lot of flavor to your soups or stews. Our animals are humanely raised and enjoy their pasture – they are never confined. We also never give them antibiotics or hormones, so you know our meat is healthy and great tasting. Our hocks weigh anywhere from 1.5-2.5 pounds per package.
