Being grass fed, makes our Hereford steers very flavorful and tender. The brisket is a lean cut of meat and oh so tasty. Our steers are never in a pen. They are free to roam their pasture and enjoy nature. Our briskets range from 1.36 lbs to 1.96 lbs.
