This pizza starts with our made-from-scratch dough that we roll into dough balls and let rise over night. After reaching the optimum height in rise, we roll it out by hand. We, then, add our signature pizza sauce (that we have used for over 50 years) and top it all off with our special cheese blend of mozzarella and provolone. Even though it may be simple, it still takes lots of love, care, and over 24 hours to get it loaded with flavor!
This pizza is made fresh. Keep it refrigerated until ready to bake. Simply take it home and bake it (on the accompanying baking tray) in a 400 degree oven for 20-23 minutes. Then enjoy a fresh, hot pizza with your family and friends.
