This pizza starts with our made-from-scratch dough that we roll into dough balls and let rise over night. After reaching the optimum height in rise, we roll it out by hand. We, then, add our signature pizza sauce (that we have used for over 50 years), lean ground beef, real apple wood smoked bacon (that is prepared on site and cut into bite-size pieces), our own special shredded cheese blend (of mozzarella and provolone), and real cheddar cheese. We include diced pickles you can add either before or after baking. This combination makes for a great tasting pizza!
This pizza is made fresh. Keep it refrigerated until ready to bake. Simply take it home and bake it (on the accompanying baking tray) in a 400 degree oven for 20-23 minutes. Then enjoy a fresh, hot pizza with your family and friends.
